If you provided Parakeet with your own Merchant ID (BYO merchant ID) then your customer statement will display the identifier (i.e. your company name or trading name) you configured with your acquiring bank.

If your customers are paying you via direct entry, they will see ‘Parakeet Payments’ on their statement.
