Background
To disconnect or reset your Parakeet connection - please follow the below steps.
Where you are requested to 'RESET' the connection, please disconnect first (as per below) and then follow the reconnection steps here after you have completed the disconnection below.
Disconnection Instructions:
There are 2 steps to disconnect Parakeet from Xero.
You must complete these 2 steps.
Step 1: In the Parakeet Portal
Login to your Parakeet Portal
Select 'Settings' on the left menu
Click 'Accounting'
Go to the 'Integrations' heading
Click 'Disconnect from Xero'
Step 2: In Xero
Login to Xero
Go to organisation settings > Connected Apps
Find "Parakeet"
Press "Disconnect"
Your Xero account is now disconnected from Parakeet.
